1）marketing survey engineer

 Responsibilities:
 Familiar with consumer electronics market survey methodology, experience in mobile product and PC product are preferred
 Expertise in survey construction, implementation, and data analysis.
 Dedication to work, commitment to work, and great attention to details.
 Teamwork with colleagues, 3rd party survey companies.
 Excellent reading and written skills in English.

 Requirements:
 Engage 3rd party survey company, or conduct it independently to meet marketing requirement. The survey might be consumer electronics related, yet not limited to mobile, or PC.
 Conduct survey, do data analysis, apply statistics analysis to draw conclusion to facilitate strategic decision making.
 Project management in survey implementation with partners and 3rd party survey companies.  
 Conduct field trial, customer visit, marketing on spot investigation.
 Support other ad hoc assignment related to marketing exploration, might not strictly related to survey only.

 

2）Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.This position will work close with software development teams in Shanghai and US
2.Create test plan, instruct team member to finish test in schedule and double check bugs before finish test report
3.Develop automation script such as MATLAB, TCL, Perl and Winrunner
4.Cooperate with software team and FAE on customer platform
5.Familiar with product characterization and qualification flow.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
2.3+ years senior QA and verification experience
3.Strong experience on bug tracking and bug description
4.Strong experience on WinCE and Linux platforms; Familiar with Linux architecture; Familiar with Linux embedded and WinCE embedded system
5.Strong experience on application and driver test on Windows platform and related tools; Familiar with DTM test is a great plus
6.Strong experience on MATLAB, TCL, Perl or Winrunner scripts
7.Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
8.A/V experience is a great plus. (Analog TV, DVB-T, CMMB

3）Software Field Applications Engineer

Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers during initial evaluation, design integration and ongoing manufacturing phases.
Troubleshoot software implementation/integration issues.
Establish close technical relationships with customer teams to ensure quick and efficient resolution of issues.
Identify and analyze all reported customer issues, and solve technical issues to the extent possible.
Work closely with the entire customer team, including Sales, Program Management, and Applications Engineering.
Escalate, as necessary, critical customer issues and provide timely warning of issues that need attention.

Requirements:
Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
Experience with developing or supporting Windows drivers for Win-XP, Win-Vista, MCE platforms.
Experience programming in C or C++. Familiarity with VisualStudio or WinDDK development environments.
Experience with developing or supporting embedded software products.
Experience with communication busses such as I2C and USB.
Organized, self-starter, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience with Windows Drivers for USB, AVStream, BDA or DirectShow is beneficial.
Previous experience in a direct customer support role is beneficial.
Previous experience with any of the following is beneficial: Digital or Analog video standards, mobile video applications, tuners, cellular and/or laptop applications.

4）Software Engineer (Windows)

Job Description:

- Develop DirectShow drivers for Windows XP, Vista
- Develop multimedia applications on Windows

Qualification:

- Master degree in CS, EE, or related fields
- Experienced with C/C++
- Experienced in DirectShow driver development
- Experience with multimedia application development on Windows
- Experience with low lever drivers, hardware interface protocols (I2C, I2S, SDIO, etc.)
- Knowledge of audio/video compression and/or digital TV standards preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems with innovative solutions

5）Firmware Engineer

Job Description:

- Develop device drivers, BSP on cell phone and other embedded platforms
- Develop middleware stacks such as USB, video codec, etc. on real time multimedia SOC
- Develop user applications on embedded platforms

Qualification:

- Master degree in CS, EE, or related fields
- Experienced with C/C++, assembly language
- Experienced in real time embedded software development
- Experience with low lever drivers, hardware interface protocols (I2C, I2S, SDIO, etc.)
- Experience with GNU tool (make, gcc, ld, elf) preferred
- Knowledge of audio/video compression and/or digital TV standards preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

6） Logic Design Engineer

Job Description:

- Design TV demod and multimedia I.C. products
- Responsible for VHDL & Verilog RTL design, block level verification, logic synthesis, gate level simulation, system level in-circuit emulation, chip bring up and driver development

Qualification:

- Master degree in EE or related fields

- Understand I.C. design flow

- Familiar with Verilog and VHDL

- Familiar with C

- Experienced with Linux/Unix platform, Shell and Perl scripts

- Knowledge of audio/video compression and/or digital TV standards preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems with innovative solutions

7） Front End IC designer,
As an IC designer, you will work as an individual contributor on the design and implementation of the company’s cutting-edge digital and mixed signal ICs/SoCs, including block design, RTL coding, block level verification, synthesis, DFT, STA, formal check, and FPGA emulation. ?

Requirement:
MSEE /MSCE with above 3 years experience on IC design, or equivalent
Solid experience on Verilog HDL, and matlab/C/C++
Familiar with IC design flow and popular EDA tools
Good team player, work solid, and result oriented
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
Hardware architecture, organization and design of RISC or DSP
Mapping algorithm to RTL for Digital Communications
Popular SoC peripherals, such as USB, DDR DRAM, SDIO, etc.

8） Senior IC designer/Team Lead
As a senior IC designer, you will work as an individual contributor as well as a team lead on the design and implementation of the company’s cutting-edge digital and mixed signal ICs/SoCs, including architecture design, partitioning and interface define, verification plan, resource assignment, schedule planning, design reviews, project coordinating, documentation, as well as block design, RTL coding, block level verification, synthesis, DFT, STA, formal check, and FPGA emulation.

Requirement:
MSEE /MSCE with above 5 years experience on IC design, or equivalent
Strong skill on Verilog HDL, and matlab/C/C++
Multiple projects experience on IC design from specification to netlist.
Experience on complex SoC design and hardware/software co-design
Well organized, strong communication skill, work smart, and result oriented
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
Hardware architecture, organization and design of RISC or DSP
Mapping algorithm to RTL for Digital Communications
Image and video processing, such as scaling, de-interlace, MPEG2, H.264, etc.

9） Multimedia System Architect
Responsibilities:
Architecture design of video decoders, such as H.264, MPEG2, AVS
Assess the complexity of the algorithms; propose optimal algorithm implementation with combination of hardware and software
Build C-models and support the FPGA rapid prototyping of the video decoders

Requirements:
MSEE/MSCE with above 5 years of industry experience, or equivalent
Solid experience on H.264, MPEG2，and/or AVS Codec
Strong programming skill in Matlab/C/C++
Well organized, strong communication skill, work smart, and result oriented
Experience on one or more of the following is a plus:
Architecture of RISC or DSP
Image processing technology
Hardware/software co-design

10） IC verification engineer:
As an IC verification engineer, you will be responsible for the verification of the company’s cutting-edge digital and mixed signal IC/SoC, including:
Build and keep track of SoC verification plan
Build environment for SoC regression test?
Build bus function models and model checks
Build and maintain whole chip test vectors ?

Requirement:
MSEE /MSCE with above 3 years experience or equivalent
Solid experience on Verilog HDL, matlab/C/C++, PERL,TCL,etc.
Experience on integration and regression test of complex SoC
Hands-on experience on verification plan and regression test
Hands-on experience on bus function models and model checks
Strong communication skill, work solid, and result oriented
